Returns & Exchanges
We want you and the person receiving your gift to absolutely love it. If something isn't right, we are here to help.

Our Return Policy: In line with UK Consumer Rights, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return your item for a full refund or exchange.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the gift box must be unopened, unused, and in the exact original packaging condition it arrived in.

Exclusions: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on gift boxes where the security seal has been broken, or on items that contain opened skincare, cosmetics, or perishable food items, unless they are faulty.

Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that a box arrives damaged or a liquid has leaked during transit, please email us immediately at assortedgiftboxes@gmail.com with a photo of the packaging, and we will dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund straight away.
How to Start a Return
Simply drop our customer care team an email at assortedgiftboxes@gmail.com with your order number, and we will provide you with the return shipping instructions within 24 hours. Please note that unless an item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Every box is carefully assembled to match the product images as closely as possible, arriving completely gift ready the moment it reaches the door. No extra wrapping needed. it's made to impress straight from delivery.

Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's address, name etc in the "custom note" section (this will not be added to the handwritten custom card). The custom card is where you can leave a personalised message for the team to handwrite a card and leave in the box. No invoice or pricing is ever included.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 days. From dispatch, Standard Delivery takes 3–5 business days and Express Delivery takes 1–2 business days, both via Royal Mail. Unfortuantely due to the variences in Royal Mail delivery dates, a specific date cannot be chosen.

If your order arrives damaged due to something on our end, we'll issue a full refund or send a free replacement, no questions asked. If the box doesn't match the stated contents or has been packaged poorly, the same applies. We take pride in every box we send out.
