Delivery

We carefully pack every single gift box to ensure it arrives looking as premium as it does online.

• Standard UK Delivery: £3.50 (Delivered within 3-5 working days once dispatch via Royal Mail). Free UK delivery on orders over £40.

• Express UK Next-Day Delivery: £5.50 (Delivered within 1-2 working days once dispatch via Royal Mail)

• Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your box is on its way.

Internal orders aren't currently available, UK shipping only.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you and the person receiving your gift to absolutely love it. If something isn't right, we are here to help.

• Our Return Policy: In line with UK Consumer Rights, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return your item for a full refund or exchange.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, the gift box must be unopened, unused, and in the exact original packaging condition it arrived in.

• Exclusions: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on gift boxes where the security seal has been broken, or on items that contain opened skincare, cosmetics, or perishable food items, unless they are faulty.

• Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that a box arrives damaged or a liquid has leaked during transit, please email us immediately at assortedgiftboxes@gmail.com with a photo of the packaging, and we will dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund straight away.

How to Start a Return

Simply drop our customer care team an email at assortedgiftboxes@gmail.com with your order number, and we will provide you with the return shipping instructions within 24 hours. Please note that unless an item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
